The booth´s price includes dividing panels, booth signs with names and numbers (not logos,) 1kW of installed capacity and a maximum of 12 kW-h of daily consumption per each 9 square meters, exhibitor name tags, and 10 courtesy passes per square meter for visitors and buyers.
Forms of Payment
Your booth is reserved once the registration form is properly completed and signed and the payment is made in accordance with the fair´s policies. For this fair´s version we offer two payment options:
OPTION 1: EARLY PAYMENT DISCOUNTS.
Discounts will be given for early payments of the total value of your participation in accordance with the following dates:
PAYMENT DEADLINE DISCOUNT June 26, 2009 10% August 28, 2009 5%
OPTION 2: INSTALLMENT PLAN.
You can pay for your stand in installments according to the percentages and dates below:
PAYMENT DEADLINE PERCENTAGE Reservation 30% September 25, 2009 40% October 23, 2009 30%
